Vanity Fair Fit Experts recommend that you assess your bra wardrobe to determine if replacement is necessary at least twice a year - in the Spring and the Fall. A good quality bra that is cared for and laundered properly should last on average, 9-12 months, but they do not last forever. Over the course of time, fabrics and elastics wear down and your bra will stop being supportive or comfortable. You can tell that it is time to replace your bra when the cups lose their shape and/or the back-band rides up, even when it is on the tightest hook.

Bra Wardrobing Tip: When buying a new bra choose one that fits on the middle hook or the loosest hook. This allows for adjustment as the bra ages and if you experience minor weight fluctuation.
